We had been looking at homes and properties in the area for about 5 years. Sold our home out of state in October 2022 and decided to travel the US full-time in our RV and visit other states to see if there were any other towns we were interested in. After visiting 30 states we realized, for us, nothing compares to the beauty and lifestyle that North Idaho has to offer. He sent lots of photos and obtained additional information on the new construction from the sellers agent and we ended up purchasing the home. Brett really went above and beyond, providing us assistance and timely updates along the way as we were still out of state.
